Nice variety of smoothies and bowls. The protein smoothies are really good and I like that they give you the option of either whey or pea proteins too.
I got the mango açaí bowl. I feel the mango base could be more flavorful overall. The protein waffles my fiancé had are good. He doesn’t like chocolate, so he ordered the PB banana ones without chocolate. They added chocolate so I told them and they had no issue remaking them. All was fine until I said “but if you have to throw them away we’ll take them” because I do like chocolate and I know most places have to throw food away once it has crossed over the counter. Let me start by saying I can’t comment on the food, though I’m sure it’s good — at these prices, it should be. What I can comment on is the experience, which is why I’m leaving this review. We visited on a Friday night, went out of our way to bring a family of five here, and the place was empty. Our server, Josie, was wonderful — attentive and kind — and this review isn’t a reflection on her. She’s the reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 for service.
