Issue with reward for the second drink after getting app. Customer service helped out fast virtually. I was not deciding to go again after the issue but after customer service resolved it super fast was happy with the service provided so will come back. Thanks.
The service was very poor. The cashier was super nice but the shift lead (or manager) was super rude when I ordered a healing greens. It seemed like she did not want to help me at all and rolled her eyes. Her tone was so rude. Then when my shot is ready at the counter, it was green. I ordered a ginger shot (those are supposed to be yellow) and it was green and had orange pieces floating around in it and it was so bad I had to strain it out at home. The workers are always super nice and always greeting me when I walk in the service is great as well.
