Giving this place two stars because I can't support a company that doesn't support their employees. Sitting here right now and this poor employee is by herself with constant orders. Please hire and/or schedule more people to support your team. I shouldn't have to wait twenty minutes for a juice because you refuse to staff appropriately. Most likely will NOT come back.
The location on coffee is a hit or miss, most of the time miss. I would recommend the one on Stockdale every time, better customer service and better drinks.
I ordered pick up and my order was not ready on time! There was only one person working (which I understand she was busy). However, she made the people who were waiting in line order’s first. I had to wait an additional 25 minutes. I had to return to work, that’s why I had put my order ahead of time. What is the point of ordering online if my order is not going to be ready? Horrible service!
Bad service. The lady who was working looked so unhappy to be there. There’s only 1 person working with lots of orders coming in. The company needs to hire better works and more than 1 person in the afternoons.
