Cesar provided a relaxing and safe environment. The service was tailored to my need and request. One of the best massage services I’ve had.
Not safe for women. Neko=“kitty” or “bottom”. Although it’s in the name, It should be clearly communicated if a happy ending will be introduced or offered. It was not, and made it a very uncomfortable experience.
