Very friendly and polite service, fantastic food, and the owner's awesome! :)
The food was great but Carly was an absolute sweetie! Not just great service but also just nice as nice could be despite them being so busy!
I've come here a lot over the years and customer service, food quality and drinks have declined to where I will be looking elsewhere. Music was great though.
The food was great. We wanted to try a dessert but the waitress was to busy. After waiting 10 mins to order one. She dropped the bill and walked away. We went to the cash register to wait more! While waiting, other customers walked up. At last a waitress showed up ONLY to completely ignore us and to cash out the other customers only. After threatening to walk out because we can't pay because of being ignored. Poof someone showed up to take our money. I will never go back!

Dea- At Neives you pay at the table. That might of been some of the confusion. The station at the front near the register is for customers waiting to be seated. The register is not in use for daily operations. Not making excuses but we should of handled it differently and someone should of asked if you needed help. Took 1 hour to get call in order from time call made till finally got food. Owner says chips and cheese is free but if so why do they keep charging us? Food is greasy. Customer service is unorganized.
