I have been taking my cars there for the last 7 years. It is hard to find a place like this anymore. 100% great prices and he tells you the truth
At first, I found these positive reviews reassuring, and now I find them puzzling. I recently bought a used car, and it needed some work, and I gave Neil a try. First couple visits seemed fine, until I had an issue with brakes not releasing. This is when he began the tactic of "firing the parts gun" or "throwing parts at it." He assumed calipers were the issue and changed them--didn't fix it. I knew from prior experience that sometimes brake hoses wear on the inside, which causes them to clog.
