Called on a Saturday(its my only day off) to see if they were open and they were(kinda)..they sent someone out who couldn't figure out what the problem was with the heater, meanwhile charging me for 2 hours of service. Upon receiving the bill I was shocked to see I was charged at an overtime rate when no one ever warned me of this added fee. So I got charged an overtime rate for them to do nothing...yay
Hands down, Neil Thomas Plumbing is the best plumbing company and mechanical contractor is the Galesburg region. We have been using these guys for over 20 years. They are very reliable, and trust-worthy. This is a top notch run plumbing company. Highly recommend!
