Doctor Tran is the man! I would have probably not been alive if it wasn't for him, he was able to diagnose my thyroid cancer when I was at kaiser for years, and they did absolutely nothin but give me some synthroid. He cares about his patients. He went out of his way to come and see me after surgery to check in on me... I'll never forget that. I'm not sure what the other experiences have been. But he's been nothing short of phenomenal with me. Highly recommended.
Horrible doctor. Very unprofessional. 0 patient care. Doesn’t care about his patients and lacks knowledge in his field. We Have been trying to schedule with a different MD for the past several months and he doesn’t even dismiss the Patient. Do yourself a favor and look for a different provider. The front desk staff at the providence (Diana and Erick) are very unprofessional as well. Never return calls or address any concerns.
Dr. Tran ordered a type of test that insurance considered medically unnecessary, and therefore did not cover. Dr. Tran did not submit documentation to the insurance carrier to justify the test, in spite of assurances that he would. His staff did not follow through on actions they committed to, and did not return multiple phone calls. I have been seeing Dr. Neil Tran for over 10 years. This man discovered health issues of mine that no other Doctor had. I completely trust him and value him as my endocrinologist. He is amazing. He listens, advises and never judges. He is a reason I stay in California. Highly recommend Dr. Tran.
