Yesterday (2/18/19), I stopped in to do research on a car I hope to buy. I was very upfront and clear about this. However, I was pushed into agreeing to buy and when I would not, the floor person refused to even give me a base price. I left absolutely fuming over the situation. Since then, Brandon has talked to me multiple times, was extremely polite, understanding and apologetic. It is only because of his efforts that I have changed my review and will even consider returning to this location. Thank you Brandon.
