Neil did an outstanding job helping me create the perfect engagement ring. He took the time show me his extensive selection and educate me along the way. My wife and I have worked with Neil to upgrade my wife’s wedding band back in 2013 and most recently in 2021 to upgrade my wife’s engagement ring. Neil is professional, easy to work with, fair, very responsive and a good communicator. The rings he’s created are gorgeous and have exceeded our expectations. On both occasions the ring was completed two weeks from the time we met with Neil. We look forward to working with him in the years to come.
