This practice used to be easy to work with which is what every patient deserves since we pay exorbitant amounts of money in this country for healthcare. Since the practice has been acquired by a new MD, quality of services has nosedived. I am now expected to jump several 'hoops' for new MD to prescribe my med. That is one thing but t office fails to communicate new 'hoops' until several days later leaving me hung out to dry for long stretches between refill. Excellent and courteous doctor who explains things in a clear and concise manner. I'm very confident in his abilities as a medical professional. Generally concerned about your health which is evident in my visits with him.

I have been through 3 doctors in the past year, and I have to say, this is the very first time I felt like someone actually listened to me about my health and my concerns. I will never go anywhere else.

His employee turnover is ridiculous. Can overhear staff conversations while in room waiting to be seen, they complain and dont appear happy, then next visit poof they are gone. I've seen some really GREAT compassionate knowledgeable professional staff leave. It's a shame that good staff cannot be better appreciated its definitely obvious in the back office the two staff members that are favored and the most unprofessional with their open cursing, talking down to patients and overall rudeness......yet those two are still empl... read more

I have a patient since 2012 and would never consider going anywhere else. The entire staff has always treated me with respect and taken excellent care of me. Started with Dr Patterson and now with Angie Wimmer and between the 2 of them - I can safely say that I am being very well cared for.

Was a regular patient, Cant get tetnaus shot once I discovered that I hadn't had one like I thought I had, hospital didn't call them to check before I was released and they didnt check their records when had been I there office to get bandage changed. Once I realized I needed one i called to check to see if they could give me one I was told NO, I had to go back to hand surgeon for a tetanus shot by the nurse practitioner. Dr Patterson is good but you hardly ever get to see him.

THIS POST IS IN ADDITION TO ANOTHER.Please be extremely carefully when visiting this doctor.I will be filling a malpractice law suit when I get back from vacation in a week.His recent behaviour indicates that something is seriously wrong with Dr Patterson.I would avoid him at all costs until His behaviour and issues can be sorted out.His inept medical.practice and knowledge very recently sent me to the hospital in full blown diabetic ketoasidosis.I was extremely dehydrated ,sick and collapsed.

I have been a patient there for 19 years and will remain one until Dr. Patterson retires. My whole family are patients there and we just love this practice.

I have been a patient of this practice for over 5 years and like that I can always obtain an appointment within a short period of time, same day if necessary. While I have seen changes in staff the quality of care has remained high and caring, Front desk staff is pleasant and helpful. Would highly recommend this office to my friends and family.
