Dr Friedman is the best dentist ever! Not only he is super knowledged and experienced about the last treatments or the best way to cure your teeth, but he is also very caring and considerate about your health and after the treatment (few months ago he even called home to know how my son was doing after an extraction). Last but not least, he has very gentle hands so that you don't even feel the anesthesia going in and he really try to minimize discomfort during his procedures. As always, not only a did I receive good hygienic treatment but also a personal and welcoming touch.
I would appreciate a variety of music. All the time I was in the chair, I had very new age repetitious music. Everything else is perfect.
I called for an appointment at 11am and was in the dental chair at 2:30pm. A follow up appointment is scheduled for tomorrow (2 days later) for a full set of xrays and further diagnostic discussion. Very impressed with the speed of service delivery and the friendly professionalism of the staff!
The entire staff is very professional and nice.
Dr. Friedman is my favorite dentist on the Key. He has always responded to any of my requests for which I am grateful.
Your office staff is excellent. They make me feel welcome and they are efficient.
