When giving a budget for a treatment, it has to include everything, since a patient has to know the total amount when deciding to do it. I am very dissapointed by the fact that I was charged an additional amount for something that should have been included in the original budget or otherwise explained how it worked.
I went there to ask the cost for a regular cleaning they told me 115 which seemed reasonably to me. Then the cost was 180... apparently you did some extra work I didn't ask for and then charge for it. Not good. I understand that you are running a business but it seemed a bit misleading....
It was unfortunate that Dr. Friedman was at a seminar. I am waiting for a follow up for a night guard
Lauren was very thorough and perfectionist with my cleaning(dental profilaxis), she's an excellent hygienist and doctor. She was really kind and had a positive attitude. Dr. Neil Friedman is also an awesome doctor, explained to me the procedures with patience and details, with a really energetic attitude and concern he looks for the best options for the patient. From the receptionist to the doctor, everyone in the team is great and are amazing professionals. The office was clean and organized which is very important.
I am a declared coward. My fears are gone. All procedures were painless and the doctor and his associates are very caring.
I was very impressed by Dr. Friedman calling me from California & arranging for an x-ray to be taken immediately. Gabi was very friendly & helpful & I received Dr. Friedman's input right away.Many thanks.
Warm and caring environment. Dr Friedman is bright, capable, and takes an interest in his patients. His staff love him which says a lot as well
