The admission representative was very lovely. My nurse Macy was sweet and it didn’t even hurt at all when my IV was placed, I’m afraid of those needles. And Dr. Fernando, she was very great and kind. All of these ladies were wonderful. Which was needed as I went in there feeling extremely crummy. I had one additional nurse help discharge me, and for the life of me I cannot remember her name. My husband and I were traveling on vacation and he sadly fell ill. We went here and everyone was VERY kind, super welcoming, and they got us in and out quickly. The staff treated us like family, which was super nice being 1,000+ miles away from home. Can only give 5 stars, but it’s more like a 1000/5. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

BEST trip to any medical facility I have ever been to. Starting with a friendly greeting and quick check in (Seneca), then having a kind and informative RN (Jill), and finally a doctor that showed interest in more than just getting the patient out of the room (Dr. Hailey). This staff is the most efficient, caring, and kind power team I’ve encountered in the medical field! 10/10

I wasn’t feeling well yesterday so I went to Neighbors Regional Er on Coulter they are awesome caring great people treated me very well the entire staff went out of there way to treat me It says it’s a er but they accept walk ins try them you will love them

Neighbor Regional Hospital is the best E.R. my husband and I have ever been to. The staff is absolutely friendly and Knowledgeable and the Doctor was above and beyond knowledgeable and explained EVERYTHING!!!! about my husband’s high blood pressure to us better than any Doctor in an office or Hospital or E.R. facility we have ever been to. The wait time was less than 15 minutes. We definitely would definitely recommend Neighbors Regional Hospital to everyone we know!
