I went in and, from the moment I arrived, everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. Mrs. Anisha at the front desk was welcoming and made the process easy. My nurse, Mr. Bard, was respectful, funny, and made me feel comfortable, almost like I wasn’t even at a doctor’s office. Dr. Walsh was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was going on, provide helpful tips, and discuss what steps to take if the treatment doesn’t work. Rosemary was the nurse there that night and she was so rough, hateful, and sarcastic. She kept missing the vein to start the iv and then proceeded to shove and make it hurt on purpose. She couldn’t figure out how to place the ekg leads. Honestly came across as racist and lacked empathy. Asked for another nurse but they said she was the only one there that night. Thankfully another staff member was kind enough to be a witness in the room after that because we didn’t trust her. They said she usually works at another location b... read more
