She opened her first salon in 1979 and has been in the field since. I went to Pam to have her give me my first tattoo, permanent eyeliner. I was super nervous but she calmed my nerves. I am seriously considering getting a tattoo from her in the future. Especially because she does tattoo removal as well so if I dont like it I will just have her remove my tattoo. Pam is an exceptional permanent make up artist.
