About

Pam has been a licensed manicurist and esthetician since 1978. An artist by nature, Pam uses her art skills both for business and recreation. She opened her first salon in 1979 and has been in the field since. She was introduced into Cosmetic Tattooing in the mid 80's and has built her business to include artistic tattooing, camouflage tattooing, scar relaxation and skin needling. She works closely with some of Seattle's top plastic surgeons practicing both in their offices and taking their referrals in our salon. With her twenty years experience in the field and her devotion to her clients Pam is the Northwest leading permanent cosmetic artist!

I went to Pam to have her give me my first tattoo, permanent eyeliner. I was super nervous but she calmed my nerves. I am seriously considering getting a tattoo from her in the future. Especially because she does tattoo removal as well so if I dont like it I will just have her remove my tattoo. Pam is an exceptional permanent make up artist.
