Great performance. Their customer service really exceeded my expectations. I¿m used to these crappy booking arrangements where nobody at the company knows about your service or can¿t find your reference number and everything is a mess. Neighbors moving proved to be efficient in every area of the moving business. That goes for an excellent job done by the moving crew that finished my move in less than three hour when it was planned for more than that.
Because of my mother and its constant requests, I discovered this moving company in Denver! I felt obligated to look for that information but after I saw the web page from neighbors and I got an appointment, I realized that choosing a really good moving company means choosing the right person to touch and move your own things! That¿s something that matters and I did not know it! My mom and I moved and we did not lose anything! Thank you guys!
Outstanding quality. I hired Neighbors for my offices move last weekend. They did a terrific job. The crew was at the pickup location earlier than I was. We started barking down the cubicles and tables and packing them so they would fit into one truckload. And they did! There are12 employees in my branch and all their stuff could fit in one truck. I was especially worried about computers and computer screens. They were extremely gentle with those and transported them safely. Great service, I¿m glad I hired their service.
Ive worked in construction and house depots for most of my life. Every time Ive moved Ive made it myself with help from friends and family. But this time I decide Id just hire a company to do it for me and let my family and me just do the packing which can be stressful enough. It´s hard to know when you don´t have any first hand experience which is the best deal when you´re moving long distance. My daughter and I moved from Denver to CA, and ended up getting all sorts of quotes and estimates. We were intimidated by some of these, cause they were really steep, and we were frightened by others cause they were suspiciously low. I had been really disappointed with storage services in the past, one time after paying this other company for 6 months of storage they handed over wet and rotten furniture!!, said it was due to the winter, I mean, and I had to pay anyway if I wanted to claim my damaged stuff like it were new!; then go call the manager or somebody to make a complaint. My local moving went pretty nicely, Neighbors Moving surpassed my expectations in terms of service quality. My moving crew was really cooperative, and earnest; I mean there was a piece of one of my tables that was chipped off; well, that has to happened; nothing to worry, I couldn¿t have any hard feelings for the guys for they were extremely nice and made an extra effort to make sure things got to my new office on time. Well, I couldn't be happier with neighbors moving service; I mean they were helpful in the booking process, and the guys that handled my move were pretty nice; on time, and experienced; you could tell, if we hadn't had any difficulties with traffic, the moving would've been perfect!, but besides that it was very good; punctual, courteous and efficient!!
I am so surprised with all of these reviews. Despite what I read before I scheduled my move, I hired Neighbors anyways because there price was lower than all the competition. They were terrific. They were patient with me and all of my requests. They were quick, efficient, and polite. They took every measure to make sure the quality of my move was superb.
