These guys don't even deserve one star. They are theives. They will say you are getting a great deal, but raise the price unexpectedly. Then when you try to cancel they will keep your deposit siting their contract. They steal your money legally and I suspect that all of the good reviews are just employees. Make sure you check them out. I didn't and it cost me dearly. Plus they will dodge your phone calls. They are a piece of work. Do yourself a favor and go with someone else.

i used neighbors for a move of just 8 miles and had over 10k worth of damages. this was the worst company i have ever worked wwith in all my moves! they were beyond horrible terrible customer service. they showed up late, therefore moving into my next building we missed the elevator cutoff. i had to stay in a hotel and buy all essentials including clothes toiletries for the weekend. none of my items were blanketed and damages occured even prior to leaving the original location. i was brought on the truck tobe shown chips in ... read more

If you have the chance to read this comment, remember moving with reliable movers will make a big difference. Thanks to neighbors moving in Denver we have now a nice spot in this great city and we are happily settling around.

All of my items were kept safe and with constant communication about the status of my move. I want to thank my sales rep and the movers for putting an extra effort on handling my stuff safely and swiftly. They honored my last quote and I was completely satisfied with my move, ant the price on the bill represented exactly the amount of work done

My relocation project was assigned to Neighbors Moving and Storage and the company was extremely knowledgeable. They had everything required to make my move a real hit. The well equipped team was excellent and did their job perfectly fine.

This is the best moving company that I could have been able to know! Those guys, whose athletic bodies took all the things and helped me to pack my things and unpack them as soon as we arrived to our new flat, they gave us very nice prices and the best attitude to work in group and move all my things to their truck! We had a great experience with Neighbors Moving, very positive. Highly recommend. They came in and moved us to Colorado with no hitch, they took great care of my things and even put protection on our floor on both locations.

Awesome crew o f movers and packers, they did a visit to do the estimate and two days later the crew was bubble packing everything that was delicate, and wrapping my furniture. No boxes were misplaced or anything got lost. Thank you Neighbors I will definitely hire you guys again.

Despite some problems we had with the elevators, and delays due to this ridicule rules they have in my new building , the guys at Neighbors didn¿t overcharge, even though it went over one hour and a half more than planned; I mean they did charge the hour we spent waiting for the elevators, but didn´t charge the extra half hour. Nice, Polite, made the troublesome experience a lot easier. Will defenetly hire again
