If you are looking for a GREAT Eye care place please choose Neighborly Optical!!! Keith is the best in town hands down. Soon as I walked in the door Keith greeted me. "Hi Mrs. White"and he noticed I was wearing my old glasses. He said, "Is there a problem with your new frames?" Keith went out of his way to make everything was up to standard.
I called ahead to see if they could repair 2 of my glasses and they told me to bring them now. I was in and out under 7 minutes. The customer service was excellent.
We had a wonderful experience the doctor was amazing with the boys and their glasses look great!
A great place to go, great service, many different varieties to choose from and a wonderful environment. Prices are the best. Won't go anywhere else. Thank you Keith!
I couldn't ask for better service! For the past two years Neighborly Optical has taken care of my vision needs. From the moment you walk in the door you are treated like family. Keith will go above and beyond, to make sure that you're happy. He has demonstrated time again and again, that his customers are priority number one!
Great in and out service but they need to have some extended hours or on Saturdays. Kind of inconvenient as far as hours.
Love this place! I always get top notch tailored service. i just received my new glasses, and they are perfect. Also, I just ordered contacts. The associates always go over and beyond to help me. I will send all my friends and family here.
What a great experience!! Keith is very professional and knowledgeable. The Dr. was super nice and explained everything he was doing and talked about how the eyes work and what he is looking for in the exam. I can't wait to get my new Costas in and refer my friends and family! Thanks again Keith!
