Public Storage and ALICIA are FANTASTIC! Flew in from PA to Ocala, FL. Went to check my two PS Units. I FORGOT THE KEYS and PS is SECURE! The Locksmith decided to leave until I purchased new locks. ALICIA SAVED THE DAY! I guess she saw I was in trouble. No 2 or 3 day wait, came out and handed me two new replacement Locks & Keys - NO CHARGE! Locksmith immediately turned back and ultimately had to drill out the secure locks. My fault, PS IS SECURE! Thank you again Alicia, truly!

The unit was exactly as advertised and the monthly price was competitive. Staff were friendly and helpful during move-in, and online account management made payments and paperwork simple. Amazing service ( Yanique) went far and beyond to make sure my needs were met. I had ordered a 10/ 10 unit but unfortunately it was too small for my needs. Yanique changed my unit and information over the phone and made sure I had what I needed. I highly recommend Yanique and public storage!!!
