Neighborhood restoration came out to give us a roof estimate. I was impressed by his presentation. He was down to earth and did not talk above my head. I was very impressed. They kept us informed and we are very happy with the roof. They went over and beyond in my opinion to ensure that the roof would last us a lifetime and was able to keep the price down to what we pretty much had in mind. I highly recommend going with Neighborhood Restoration for roof repairs and replacements. They were prompt with their communication, transparent with the repair process, and were not pushy sales people. They even offered to cover an exposed area on my roof with a tarp for free while other roofers wanted to charge for this. After getting quotes from multiple roofers, I ultimately chose them because of the trust, and I am very happy with the results.
Amazing .Thanks to Mr. Chase I reach out about my roof. We did a claim State Farm denied me and Mr. Chase told me don't worry he will handle it. When he's done I will be getting a new roof. Neighborhood Restorations are phenomenal at what they do! My roof was leaking, causing water to leak into my home through a window. Tony and his team were very attentive and patient while I asked lots of questions to ensure we were getting to the cause of the issue. Not only did he tell me and take photos of the issues, but offered for me to go on the roof with him. This allowed me to understand the issues at hand, as I am not very knowledgeable about roofing.
