I think the guy who came in from Garden Grove Lock & Key was Jacob. He was great! I needed to get my locks changed and didn’t get off work until after 10 pm. He didn’t have a problem coming in after regular business hours to help me out. I scheduled an appointment the next night, but I was held up at work and couldn’t make it on time! Now that I’ve experienced their services first-hand, I can only add on to the pile of positive reviews for Garden Grove Lock & Key! They’re super efficient at their job! Even when I kept shifting my schedules around, they kept following up with me and didn’t even impose a fee for the two times they got to my place on time, but I wasn’t there! I lost the combination to my office safe and there were important files locked within that I needed to present to my boss by noon. If you’ve never been in a car lockout before, well, I envy you! It was one of the worst I’d felt my entire life. The helpless feeling and the frustration at my own stupidity (I locked the keys in the car) kept mounting every passing minute.
