Five stars! These guys did an amazing job. Two other locksmiths I’d hired told me the lock had to be thrown away and replaced with a new one, but Garden Grove Lock & Key salvaged it and restored it to normal operation. It was a Schlage Primus high security lock and a break-in attempt had left the lock worse for wear. Thanks guys! The lockset wasn’t working properly and so I called Garden Grove Lock & Key to fix it. Eric arrived onsite within 15 minutes, took a careful look at the lock, dismantled it, re-aligned the components, lubricated it and refitted it. It worked flawlessly. Service was great! I don’t think I can find any better in Garden Grove, CA 92840. The technician was friendly and knew his job very well. I needed a new set of keys on an urgent basis. Their website had mentioned that they offered 24 hour services at no extra charges and true to their word, I was charged only for the keys and wasn’t billed for the hour I’d requested service in ( which was 11:30 pm). Highly recommend Garden Grove Lock & Key to all! If you’re in an emergency, you can count on them completely!
Excellent work! Got my hopeless smart lock up and running in no time. It’s only a temporary fix. Gary from Garden Grove Lock & Key clearly told me that the lock I’d purchased from the hardware store wasn’t the real thing and advised me to change it as soon as I have the money for a new lock.
