This place is perfect for people in all shapes and sizes. They’re very welcoming and it’s a great workout !
Neighborhood Barre Troy is simply the best. It’s a warm, welcoming, inclusive environment. All of the instructors are highly trained and knowledgeable, and the workouts are always challenging. Great place to workout if your looking for a fun community of women that pushes you to be your best. Oh, also they have childcare :)
