Neighborhood Barre Troy is simply the best. It’s a warm, welcoming, inclusive environment. All of the instructors are highly trained and knowledgeable, and the workouts are always challenging. Great place to workout if your looking for a fun community of women that pushes you to be your best. Oh, also they have childcare :)
Has an amazing and encouraging atmosphere! The classes are equal amounts of fun and challenging. I never leave without a happy feeling!
