NB has truly changed my health and my routine for the better. I’ve always struggled with working out consistently, but having knowledgeable and encouraging instructors has made such a difference. I actually look forward to going to class and feel like I’m getting stronger each time! The community is also amazing. Everyone is so welcoming, supportive, and encouraging, which makes it such a comfortable place to be!
My wife loves going here. She always has a great workout and looks forward to each class. Leanna does an awesome job teaching and makes the class fun. Well worth it!
Love NB Troy! I’ve worked out here longer than any place in my life because they genuinely care about my health and me as a client.
