I thought refinancing a property with 4 owners would be a ton of paperwork based on my past experiences. Gary let me know that I could qualify by myself, which made it much easier. We didn't even need an appraisal. We closed in 2 weeks.

I wanted to purchase a rental property, but wasn't sure if I could qualify on my own.
