I felt the Neighbor Website was time consuming and deceptive. I ended up choosing another storage facility, and was still charged. It feels like part of their Business plan is to take advantage of folks who are not "Web Savvy ". Apparently society is at place were integrity and service is being replaced by PROFIT at all costs. That makes me Sad
Good place overall. Even though they didn’t mention that vehicle access to the storage units is only available on weekdays, while 24/7 access is on foot only, I’m still satisfied.
Storage space was exactly as described, clean, and easy to access. The building staff members were also incredibly helpful - would highly recommend!
This was my first time renting storage and it couldn’t have been a more pleasant experience. Jessica was very helpful getting my access set up. The unit itself is clean and secure. Perfect solution for my needs.
