It is a great spot for parking in DC close to metro. They admin office is closed on Sunday so not recommended for Sunday move in. But otherwise easy check in. Good support from Neighbor on line.
Arrived after hours, but they got my car in the garage and I finalized the process the next day. Concierge and office staff were very helpful.
Donald was nice and this was a phenomenal place to park my car in Navy Yard. I sold my car, so I no longer am in need of parking. But I highly reccomend this to anyone looking for affordable monthly parking in DC!
