Truly exceptional experience from sign in to discharge. I would rate the level of care as outstanding! The office is equipped with state of the art technology. EVERYONE is knowledgeable and friendly. I have a temporary number change and attempted to call this office over 9 times in the course of a week. I left a voice message, a message with the answering service, etc. Yet, no one there bothered to return my call so, I could confirm my 3 kid's appt. The front end service there is very poor!!! It shouldn't take that much to get in touch with someone at a business that services people. Now, my son's actual treatment went great and he did well! Dr. Toyer has been seeing my daughter for years! She's very compassionate, kind and gentle. I love going there. The staff is very friendly too!
