This place is horrible for its customer service. I made reservations for my birthday and they even called to confirm. Just to get there and wait 30 minutes after speaking with the host and telling them I have arrived with my party for them to tell me I never checked in and I was late and was not there. The host acted as if he didn't know me or my name and stated he couldn't find my name on the list and continued to ignore me as he sat others who came after me. Horrible horrible customer service. I always try to support my bl... read more

It was my family's first visit and everything was Great. Our server was fantastic and the food was very tasty (especially) those Oxtails. OHH!! and the Live Entertainment was slamming...My family and I will definitely dine at the Negril Village Atlanta again. Thanks Negril Village for such great service.

The food was great I had the jerk chicken and waffles. They had great customer service and the dj was playing the best music. I will be returning soon

I was very pleased with my first visit a year ago but I was a little disappointed this time. Your rice and peas was below par and your oxtail missed the mark this time. However, the sorely and ginger beer was quite good. Also, your servers who are not familiar with Jamaican food should be trained to explain what's on the menu. I heard a customer ask what kind of fish was in the Ackee and Saltfish and the answer was some kind of white fish. If you are putting yourself out there as a Jamaican Restaurant, you must represent us ... read more

They restaurant is very popular, the atmosphere is fun, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. The host was very rude. At one point, we were told "y'all figure it out" and she walked away. We had a reservation, waited for 20 minutes, and that was her response after we told her we didn't want to sit outside. They need help with managing the amount of people who want to eat there on Sunday. The manager tried to keep things orderly, but the host was counter productive. In addition, most of the staff found it difficult to e... read more

I would give this place 0 stars if I could! The worst customer service ever. It was 100 degrees outside and I had reservations and I requested to be seated inside upstairs with the DJ. I was told when I got there after waiting in line for 30 minutes that it was outside or nothing. The hostess was ghetto and rude. The waitress wasn't much better she charged us for waffles we never got and brought our lukewarm mimosas when we were done eating. The worst customer service and did I mention it was twenty dollars to park and that ... read more

I will definitely be back. I don't. Finally like jerk chicken but I devoured a piece of my sister's lol. I inhaled my oxtails and sucked the bones dry. my mimosas were on point too. Damn, I'll be back next week lol.

I celebrated my birthday here & was very disappointed with the service. The food & drinks were great but that's where it ended. They cancelled my reservation that I made weeks prior. They also didn't explain that my whole party had to be there in order to be seated. The hostess was very unapologetic about it. What irritated me the most was it wasn't even packed. We were there for about 2 hours & there were plenty of empty tables but they were acting like there wasn't enough seating for us. It was pouring raining & they boote... read more
