On September the 4th, I attempted to attend a birthday party at your establishment, along with 9 other women. The restaurant however refused to honor the reservation that was made weeks in advance. The manager, Clyde, then tried to rectify the situation by arranging another reservation for a future date. However, Clyde has been nonresponsive to our attempts to contact him and it looks as though they are once again refusing to honor another reservation.
The food is always delicious whenever I eat here and the vibes are always on point. The ox tails and jerk chicken and waffles are to die for! The jerk burger and French are delicious as well
The rain came down pouring and they didn't offer an umbrella but reminded us that we needed to pay for parking or we could get towed we also discussed the menu and she was not very clear as to allowing for us to split the bill we understand by your policy that it's one pill per table but we asked for clarification on that and she did not provide that
Yesterday, Monday, September 4...Labor Day... We couldn't get a table until 30 minutes but it took any hour, so we sat at the bar. We ordered our food and it took an hour to get. The bartender went to prepare our food. Yes, we received a discount. A whipping 10%... The food & drinks were great! The DJ was good!!

Oktail pasta is crazy good. Didn't order the snapper but I saw it, next time.
Me and one of girlfriends made reservations for 2pm. We did not arrival until 2:30, no problem we will work you in miss. Waitress came to take our drink order, would you like to have a sample of the special, sure! We are ready to order "no problem". Food was absolutely wonderful and seasoned well, service was fast and staff curteous. This place is really nice in decor and also has a patio. DJ was on point but music was kind of loud but not a big issue. Will definitely be back Negril Village.
Great food, drinks and ambiance. Everyone is friendly. It's great to be able to do a little fancy after dinner without going anywhere else.
We were expecting it to be busy because it's Labor Day weekend but surprisingly they weren't too busy at 9pm on a Friday night. We were visiting from NY and now we have to visit the one in NY! I had the snapper, he had curried goat; both were delicious. The live band was cool. Drinks were great! Server was so nice and didn't mind taking our photo! Will definitely be back!
