I've lived at Negley Courts for over two years and it's been a fantastic experience. My apartment was newly renovated when I moved in, very clean and spacious. Notably, it's quite affordable compared to nearby locations. Its proximity to bus routes for CMU, downtown, and Costco adds to its convenience. The neighbors are quiet - hardly any noise during day or night. The management is the most impressive aspect. They're responsive to emails and maintenance requests.
