Great experience living here for a year - very affordable and clean 1BR apartment, management office is super responsive and helpful, and they've been renovating parts of the building like the laundry room and so on.

I've lived at Negley Courts for over two years and it's been a fantastic experience. My apartment was newly renovated when I moved in, very clean and spacious. Notably, it's quite affordable compared to nearby locations. Its proximity to bus routes for CMU, downtown, and Costco adds to its convenience. The neighbors are quiet - hardly any noise during day or night. The management is the most impressive aspect. They're responsive to emails and maintenance requests. I have lived here for several months now and have had little to no complaints. Eugene, who is in charge of maintenance, has been extremely helpful and timely. Especially during my move in process, he was easily reachable and assisted me multiple times. Eugene goes above and beyond to create a safe and up-to-date environment, he even helped me when my car was stuck in snow a few streets away! In regard to noise, I have yet to hear my neighbors.
