Services is great but sales you need to be very prepared else you will be stuck with a not so good deal
My experience with the dealership has not been great, specifically with the service department. I’ve had the car for less than 5 months and I have dealt with two known issues in that short time. This means a) unexpected trips to the dealership which have interfered with my work schedule, b) even though the problems have been covered by warranty I’ve had additional costs because they haven’t had any loaner vehicles available for me, and c) the worst part, and the reason I’m writing this review, is Frank’s (service department)... read more

I waited over 3 hours for a routine maintenance service on an ID4 electric car. The wait was much much longer than any doctors' visit. They totally not resecting my time and my loyalty to them.
