The most amazing service experience. This was my first ever “problem” with my car and the wonderful Katie could not have been more helpful and compassionate. She handled my every request and had the sweetest attitude and demeanor through it all. She explained everything in terms I understood and broke down pricing. Cannot say enough good things about her & this location!

Great service experience! Appointment was for 7:30am, they opened up right on time. There were 4 other people who arrived when I did and I was afraid it might take them awhile to process us all but Frank got me processed and on my way in a complimentary Uber within 3 minutes! Texted me when the car was done and when I arrived, it was right out front waiting and I was on my way again within minutes. Awesome service experience from Volkswagen Thousand Oaks! They had this awesome online experience that allowed me to chat with an actual service person at the dealership! It was super easy to schedule my service appointment via chat and the sales person even showed me new cars too because my wife wants one! I will be back to buy!
