I booked a reservation for my lady on her birthday, and boy what a mistake. She didn't get what she wanted, paid extra, and left with wet hair. I spoke to Amber to rectify the issue, only to have her go back, to get worse results. Was given excuses, poor customer service, color she didn't want, AND left with WET HAIR AGAIN!!! Apparently, other "clients" just walked in and "Didn't have time to dry her hair" meanwhile, it was NOT busy, and the staff was cutting each others hair... Went in for a shampoo and cut, staff was super friendly and my hair stylist was fast yet did an amazing job! She gave me a nice head massage while washing my hair and made sure multiple times where she was cutting was where I wanted it. Definitely going to be my go to salon

Love everyone that works there! My hair always turns out great, especially going from black to blonde to brown so often. Ashley is truly an amazing artistic stylist, I have also had excellent coloring from Leah as well. Best aveda salon I have ever used and will continue as long as I live here.
Cried my eyes out when another High-priced 'New York Stylist' new to Cape Coral absolutely RUINED MY HAIR. I took a chance and went and saw Ally for a color correction at Neff Studio. Ally was fantastic! She explained in great detail what the other so-called 'colorist' had done incorrectly, and what she would need to do to correct the problem. Aly you are awesome!!! This was the first time foe me at this salon and she made me feel very comfortable. She listened and gave me the best haircut ever. Aly is a keeper and I will be back for sure. Thanks girl "YOU ROCK"!!!
Shout out to EVA! I have been in Cape Coral ,Fl just a little over 6 years . FINALLY, I found my "hair girl". I am very picky and not sure how to always articulate what I want. Eva listens and figures it out. I'm pleased each time I leave. She goes up and above. Really liked Macaila (sp?) last week for my Agave smoothing treatment. Today Cassandra did my cut, color and blow dry. It looks great. Thanks.
First time at this salon it was amazing I felt like a princess kayla did a awesome job I feel beautiful I also like to mention brandon I did not get to meet him but he made me feel wonderful when I called to make appointment
