Would not go anywhere else. Cannot say enough about Michaela she is awesome. The staff is always friendly also call to remind me of my appointment. The hot towel and hand massage is just a lovely little bonus.

Told the stylist she could take off as much hair as she needed to make my hair healthy but I did not want her to give me bangs as it took me a long time to grow my hair out. She did a horrible job washing my hair, my hair felt thick dirty and greasy. As she was finishing my haircut she said she needed to make one final cut that one final cut gave me bangs again so now I have to wait for my hair to grow out again I will never recommend this salon to anyone. I've always had a great experience, from the moment I walk in, until the moment I leave. The staff is professional and fun! I see the director Matthew Neff, he stands behind his work and you can tell they all have a passion for their work! After a long day at work their hand, arm massage and beer (they provide) are just what the doctor ordered!!

Chloe did a great job on my color and cut! Will definitely be back and will recommend her to others. So glad I found her and Neff Studio since moving to Cape Coral!
