I have been a long time patient of Sample Medical Center primarily Gupta. She would always rush through my visits and I never complained. However, last visit on 7/21 will be the last. I was charged $350+ for a 10 minute visit and to withdraw blood to test pregnancy. After telling me they don't see anything wrong. Told me to pay one amount as my co pay ($90) then was charged more via mail. I was upset about the bill. She was actually mean!!! I was so upset after dealing with how awful she was. Office had urine samples piled up in sample window. She was over 1 1/2 hrs late seeing me.
Always a Good experience when having an appointment with Dr. Gupta.
Was in the office today. Love the staff, very friendly and proffessional. Dr.Gupta takes her time and really listens.
Trips were a complete waste of time and threw away money through copayments. A skin condition was misdiagnosed and and the usual emphasis was placed on prescription drug pushing - not even labwork or testing to diagnose the possible cause of the problem. If it weren't for the fact that I took it upon myself to see a more expensive specialist, the skin condition would have worsened and I would of been oblivious to serious underlying factors manifesting itself in the series of complaints that I communicated to this doctor. Dr Gupta is friendly, listened to what I wanted to discuss and provided satisfactory care. The office is clean and welcoming. The staff is lovely and helpful. Was able to get an appointment right away. (They also accept walk-ins.) Bonus is they do labs right in the office.
Dr. Gupta and her staff are awesome! She is exceptionally thorough, explains things very well, and has an excellent bedside manner. She takes the time to really provide excellent care to her patients and has compassion that oftentimes is not seen in the medical field. Her staff is friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make sure that each patient is handled effectively and efficiently. I would highly recommend Dr. Gupta.
The physicians in this office are very good, however the office over books all the time. Been sitting on waiting room for 2.5 hrs!!!
Completly incompetent a rude staff, I have never been treated more poorly at a medical establishment. Dr Gupta was very nice but saw me for maybe five minutes after I waited over two hours. Messages to her assistant were never returned, she clearly never even listen to her messages since when I called today and insisted on talking to the assistant instead of leaving her my 6th message! She had no idea what I was talking about, terrible service!
