I am extremely disappointed with Sample Medical Center. They never answer their phone in a timely manner; you are left on hold for ages. They don't respond to pharmacy requests, showing a complete disregard for your time and needs. They insist on you coming in every three months just to get a simple prescription refill, which is utterly unnecessary and inconvenient.My last visit was a nightmare. Long wait time, staff is inept and non caring, associate Dr’s not very patient friendly, more concerned with student Dr’s than patients. Loved my first visit with her, went downhill fast after that!
Dr. Neena Gupta is amazing person. She is very personable. She cares about her patients. She has really good bedside matters, that many doctors have lost today. Thank you for being who you are.
I love Dr.Gupta, unfortunately she was on vacation when I went to the office for a problem.I have see both of her other Physicians in her office with great DISSAPOINTMENT.Unprofessional, no eye contact,did not introduce themselves when walking into the exam room, and I was not treated with respect or dignity.She would not explain anything to me and told me if your in pain go to the ER.I am a nurse and I'm writing this so other people that can't or don't speak up have a voice.
I have been a patient / glutton for punishment, of Dr. G's for many years. I've spent several hours waiting in tiny rooms to be seen on more than one visit. Dr. Gupta is nice, when you can actually see her. Prescription refills are a nightmare. Office staff blames the doctors, doctors blame the office staff. Been trying to refill for two weeks now. Worst experience ever. Neena is a doctor that is arrogant, not well informed to give health and well being advice. She requested I have blood taken in her office. An inexperienced helper poked my arm in an area where I have never had any other nurse insert the needle for blood, no blood came out, she proceeded to poke the needle back and forth and side to side, still no blood. I have been a patient of Dr. Gupta for several years. I find her to be kind, patient and very informative with any and or all of my questions or concerns. Her staff is friendly, polite and also gives great customer service with any and all of my needs concerning referrals or just general questions. If I have a situation that needs immediate attention or an immediate appointment her staff are always eager to assist me right away.
