I love neely the people are nice. They come for maintenance requests really quickly. great area perfect for a College house.
Priced competitively. Can't beat location for college experience and near campus. They are college rentals, not the ritz.
I can definitely see why they have bad ratings. This is the type of management company that runs houses into the ground and makes the area look like a dump. Office personnel is very incompetent.
Neely Development has a great portfolio of houses, but can’t seem to take care of any of them. They are raising rents but too cheap to put in a new AC unit upstairs that has been out for over a month now. Have lived in one of their houses for over a year now, and have had cockroaches daily that they can never seem to fix. Maintenance guys are awesome though.
