Dr Parekh, she holds a new parent class once a month & we found it very educational, plus it was a nice way to get to know her.After that things went down hill fast.The front desk staff is unorganized, rude, & the billing is a complete mess.We have over $100 of copays unaccounted for.We have been sitting in the waiting room & have heard front desk staff talking bad about other patients & their families.We also had to wait 45 minutes in the exam room.Dr was even late for first appt. of the day.
We are going to Dr. Parekh for the past 12 years for my twins. My girls love Dr. Parekh as much as we do. She is always caring and spend so much time with the kids asking various questions. We like her :)
Best pediatrician for kids.. recommend her with confidence.. she is the one who saved my son by diagnosing his leukemia at the age of 3 and half and showed us the path further..
