They almost caused an accident on the highway hit brakes hard in snow storm with no turn signal to take an exit I'll never understand why people drive like Jerks in a company vehicle

I contacted them for work in my home in Johnstown after recently moving there. The unskilled workers they sent out FIRST stepped on my cats tail and didn’t apologize to me OR my cat after she squealed and hissed at them for doing so. They just shrugged it off. So they continued with their work. Secondly, they took advantage of the fact that I didn’t have much knowledge about carpentry work and did absolutely terrible work in my home. Absolutely shameful work this company does. Future customers beware of this company. Read your estimate or "contract" VERY well before allowing Need a Hand to start. This company charged me over 30K for a "finished" basement job. Their work was extremely poor. Our brand new drywall looks to be over 100 years old with the skill level Need a Hand Handyman Services has. Multiple things left unfinished because it "wasn't in the estimate". We were left with a piss poor basement that needed to be refinished by a different contract... read more
