Neducsin Property Management is FANTASTIC! I have been with them for almost 8 years and, could not be happier. Allison, Lenny and the entire team have never skipped a beat. Any maintenance issue I’ve ever had has been addressed and fixed immediately. If you’re looking to live in Manayunk, I highly recommend them.

I have lived here now for 2 years! I have nothing but pleasant experiences. Units are on the larger size, neighbors are all on the same page for respect w/ noise levels, and rent is pretty in line with the market especially with the size and benefits you get (i.e parking, security, etc). Contacted within one hour of ad being posted and asked for an application. Instead was told to set an appointment to view the apartment, which I immediately did. Was told I was the first to set an appointment. I said I could come earlier if needed and made clear that I didn't want to miss the opportunity. I also stated I would come prepared to move forward with the deal. I am a healthcare worker that was looking to move to philly ASAP to assist covid positive dialysis patients. This company is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL and completely wasted my time when trying to apply for an apartment I already viewed. After a week of avoiding emails and calls the property manager sent me a text that the property was rented the day prior. I recently moved in to a Neducsin owned property and the process was absolutely amazing! Not only is the apartment in great condition and fairly priced, but the Leasing Consultant, Allison, is an absolute pleasure to work with! She is a great communicator and was willing to go above and beyond to ensure my move in was as flawless as possible and was overall very accommodating and transparent with me.
