I will never purchase another piece of jewelry from this business. I brought my 15,000 ring to have it cleaned because this is where I bought it. When I picked it up, the prongs were bent around the center stone. I took it to a reputable jeweler in Sulphur and they informed me that I also had four smaller stones that were about to fall out as well. I was amazed that this happened and that they didn't accept responsibility for it or offer to fix it. Just sent me off like I brought my ring in, to be cleaned, in that condition?
