I do not understand how Dr. Nedelescu could have any sort of bad rating! He’s the best as they come! He takes your health and your needs and into consideration at a very timely manner! I was very fortunate to find him after losing mine for several years. And heading to the ER with several G.I. issues with Crohn’s disease. Not being able to see a G.I. doctor without a referral he got on it ASAP from my ER records before even seeing me. After I get blood work, he calls me directly. Poor communication skills, always in a rush to judgement, doesn't review a patient's data before rendering an opinion. Scattershot with tests and medications. Avoid.
Office phone and fax is never in service. Dont understand how an medical office can turn off all sources of communication and still function, but sounds like a violation to me.
If you want a doctor who you can talk to and discuss what's going on, he is not the doctor for you.
