I am very happy with the services of Nectar Lifestyle Medicine Clinic. Dr. Verma is a great knowledgeable physician, she is very kind and caring, with great listening skills. The clinic space is very beautiful, staff is courteous and efficient. The communication was always clear with automatic reminders for appointments which I appreciated a lot. Dr. Verma through her counsel and medical expertise changed my quality of life, in a most positive manner My sleeping habit(s) were simply awful and I always felt fatigued and I was getting increasingly irritable To help me sleep I was often taking Quetiapine (200 mg) 1 or tablets nightly.
