Over the past 6 months, sayali has really helped me every single week. We put a plan in place from the beginning and she always makes time to schedule me in, if I need any extra sessions. We have been focusing on my car racing and without her help, I wouldn’t feel as confident in the car as I do. I have struggled for years with previous injures causing my shoulder and neck pain and sayali has been the only person that has actually been able to help me. I can not highly recommend her enough!
