Be weary closing this agency. They are unorganized and unprofessional. I have my case manager Rhonda Gay two envelopes of clothing receipts and some how she and the accountant Yasmine misplaced an envelope. The resolution is for me to contact the merchants and try and get a copy of the receipts. The case managers will never come to your home when children are placed or removed from the home and no support from NECCO when you’re having problems with children in the home. I've always been drawn to kids. I have two myself one passed away at a young age and I have a daughter which is thirty three and I want to be able to help a child seeing I can't have a child at this late stage in life.

Excellent staff. Informative meetings. Children of your choice to foster. That was before they merged with Benchmark. No one answers calls or emails anymore

Our case worker has been gone from her job for over a month. Have we been contacted? Nope. Has anyone called us in 4 months since starting? Nope. Anytime you call they say they aren’t in office and can’t help. No one answers emails or calls. Absolutely freaking ridiculous.
