I have been coming here for years (my daughter as well). I always receive great service. Nicole Henn is my PCP and I drive across town to see her when needed. The clinic is also familiar with my daughter who has many health issues. They always ask how she’s doing if she’s not with me. Tonight I called close to closing and even though they don’t normally take patients after 730, they squeezed me in sue to my daughter’s history and knowing me. Very friendly, compassionate care. This has been an awesome place to work! We are grateful to be serving patients from all over Lincoln who tell us that they prefer to come here because of the caring service we provide.
I went to this urgent care 3 different times and was turned away every time... the front desk receptionist is very rude all three times and this time I went at 733 and she made me wait to see if the doc would see me since they take their last new patient at 730 and told me no at 745, this is a horrible place and I will never go there!! They do not care... and they are not Urgent! They suck!! I will also be filing a report with BBB!! Do not go there!!
