Our bill was about $400 called because an electric bill should never be that for a 800 sq foot apartment and they stated it was our problem and they were not explaining why it was so high they also never sent a notice before our power always turned off because the payment did not go thought because the bank thought it was fraud because A POWER BILL SHOULD NEVER BE $400 FOR SUCH A SMALL SPACE.

Nppd needs to realize that their nuke plant is not welcome near populated areas and should quit pushing the matter in building near a city. we can have new plants in the sandills or.... please put in more wind and solar.
Love how screw people over. Go pay my bill and you shut are electric off. I'm reporting you to the state attorney General for what you guys did. Buy the way we had to pay another 200 on top what we paid. So I hope you all see this and get solar panels. Your corrupt company.
Things have changed since we had NPPD last, all these fee's the solar panels they have in Norfolk should be bringing these prices down.
