I've never been treated like this by "medical providers" EVER! They were completely dedicated to misunderstanding me and not helping me at all. Been there a total of 3 times and a muscle relaxer at night was gonna be my treatment plan with a tordal shot(that lasts 3 days) for chronic muscular skeletal pain, fibromyalgia,osteo/rheumatoid arthritis while needing both hips and both knees replaced at age 51. Great practice! Everyone was welcoming and cordial. I was checked in quickly and there was very little wait throughout my visit. Dr. Spurgeon was clear, thorough and made sure I understood my options and expectations, and made good recommendations based on my situation. The facility was perfectly maintained and comfortable. So glad to have this place and team in my community!
I had a great experience with Dr. Reilly. He was incredibly kind and empathetic, making me feel at ease throughout the entire visit. He took the time to explain my treatment options clearly and answered all of my questions with patience. It's clear that he genuinely cares about his patients, and I left feeling confident in the plan we discussed. Highly recommend!
The front desk staff is always very welcoming when you walk in and take care of you right away. The nurses get you back right away before you can even finish your paperwork. Dr spurgeon is amazing. He's very friendly and takes the time to listen to your complaints no matter how long it takes. He addresses every single thing that you have concerns about. Dr spurgeon is the best pain management doctor I have ever been to.
I think Dr. Spurgeon Is a Great Dr he is very knowledgeable and he cares very much about his patients. He takes good care of me and being A Veteran that’s beat this body up plus some genetics. He is wonderful to work with and knows how to pin point the problems and explain them either in great verbal detail or illustration or with modules he has available. I fully recommend him for your needs.
