The staff was friendly and professional. My scheduling was extremely easy and flexible. Once back with Dr. Whitten we reviewed my reason for the visit and discussed a variety of available options and potential treatment routes. I was involved in the decision making every step of the way and was confident in both Dr. Whitten and my treatment plan. my doctor is the most professional doctor i have ever gone to, he talks about what he is going to do to help me with my issues. i feel if anyone is ever in chronic pain i would strongly recommend them to call the Lincoln Pain clinic, you might have to get a referral to see them but i have never been more comfortable and satisfied with a health care provider thank you so much for all your help and support in my time of need please keep up the great job and keep the people smiling in the office
This was my first visit to the clinic, although they told me that I had been there about 3 years ago 😊. I really like the front desk CSR’s. And the nurses and staff were great! The only issue I had was the waiting in the room to be seen. Thank you, Barbara Oosting
Doc Spurgeon is second to none. Almost 5 years of injections in multiple locations his record is 49 and 1. 49 being relief by at least 75% for months and 1 being sore for 4 days after procedure. Wish Huskers had him as coach. Injections in back, si joints, shoulder. Im 65 now and wouldn't have been able to do things without Nebraska Pain Institute. Dr. Whitten is great. Very personable. However his nurse or whatever she is Ali bartels was condescending. She filled out leave paperwork for me but didn't seem to know how to even fill out the form. She asked me questions for the sections that clearly stated to be filled out by Healthcare provider. Furthermore she forgot to fill out certain dates which has delayed the paperwork process.
