my doctor is the most professional doctor i have ever gone to, he talks about what he is going to do to help me with my issues. i feel if anyone is ever in chronic pain i would strongly recommend them to call the Lincoln Pain clinic, you might have to get a referral to see them but i have never been more comfortable and satisfied with a health care provider thank you so much for all your help and support in my time of need please keep up the great job and keep the people smiling in the office
The staff was friendly and professional. My scheduling was extremely easy and flexible. Once back with Dr. Whitten we reviewed my reason for the visit and discussed a variety of available options and potential treatment routes. I was involved in the decision making every step of the way and was confident in both Dr. Whitten and my treatment plan. If you have any doubts or are looking for a great place for help with pain I highly recommend reaching out to Dr. Whitten and the staff at Nebraska Pain Institute.
I have a lot that contributes to my pain and it’s complex and it’s a mouthful. It takes me a long time to explain it all, the causes of it, and what I do to manage it, but Ali Bartels took the time to hear me out, showing me along the way that she was understanding me, but not interrupting me with doubt, or to try to rush the visit like I am used to with most of the rest of the providers I meet with, no matter how hard they try to fake it. I had a great experience at Nebraska Pain Institute. My nurse practitioner, Chelsy, was very thorough, asking questions and offering several solutions for my issue so I could decide how I wanted to proceed. She was also able to schedule an injection for me the same day as I had a very long drive home. I’m looking forward to working with her and Dr Spurgeon in the future.
I’ve been a patient with this pain clinic for years now. The doctors there actually listen and work with you the patient. They understand that you as the PT know your body. That means everything to me! They don’t force you to be guinea Pigged. However they always have new ideas and suggestions to try. Dr. Chelsea is AMAZING!
