I have revised. NHCP helped us in our time of need. They took good care of mom and worked well with our HHC. At first I was disappointed that the first I heard of them leaving mom was from a social worker who said NHCP was seeing mom no more. I received my letter from them today, saying they would provide care for 30 days... allowing time for another company to help us and I appreciate that. Thank you soo much Rachel and Donna. 😁

This place is very unprofessional. The doctor seen my family member last week still not have submitted the refills for their medication which they are currently out of a few. I can’t get them to come to the phone. They were supposed to submit orders for labs to the home care nurse company and didn’t and then they play “we’ll call you back” game. I even had someone put me on hold and never come back to the phone one day. The customer service is horrible. I am currently looking for another place. Not trustworthy at all.
