Had symptoms of Carpal tunnel for years. Recently it progressed to the point of numbness and pain in my hands that would wake me up at night. After testing it was confirmed I had severe carpal tunnel. Had surgery on my left hand first as it was the worst. The tingling was gone immediately and the numbness went away after time.I couldn't wait to do my right hand! Dr. Ichtertz took his time to explain things and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend.
I had an emergency with a wound on my hand and was going to have to go to emergency. I called at 3 and I was in the office at 430 without an appointment. They obviously did not have to help me so I am so grateful for them. I went from mentally panicked to feeling comfortable again. Thank you so much!!!!
I was having serve pain and no feeling in my left hand and had heard of Dr. Ichtertz so I scheduled an appointment, Dr. told me what I thought I had already knew of what was going on so we scheduled an EMG and in less than two weeks I scheduled the surgery and in 2-3 days the serve pain and discomfort that I was having had subsided to just a bit of numbness which has gotten better each and everyday. As being in the health care for over 20 years I would highly recommend Dr. Ichtertz for any hand or shoulder surgery.
Couldn’t even make a fist with my right hand the carpel tunnel had gotten so bad. Went to see Dr Ichtertz and after the tests they did they decided surgery was the best option. 5 months after surgery and my hand is back to 90% strength (from what I remember). Very small scarring from the surgery and quick recovery time.
Dr. Dolf Icheretz is the best! Very thoughtful and knowledgeable. He has done carpel tunnel surgey on both my hands, and also elbow surgey on both elbows. Very pleasant staff, they go out of their way to help you.
