I have had my ring completely rebuilt by another jeweler, and now it's amazing! I have other diamonds I wear exactly the same as I wear this one, and I DO NOT damage my rings! My other rings hold up very nicely! You can SHAME ON ME all you want, I'm just writing an honest review. You may have great service, and your in stock rings may be great, but I would be cautious of ordering a custom made ring. The jeweler that rebuilt my ring said it was made poorly. My ring is better than I could have ever imagined. Natalie definitely made my dreams come true. My fiance and I designed our own ring and the ring came out better than I could have ever thought it would. I read other reviews and honestly, I was and continue to be very happy with my ring. Natalie sure listened to all my wants and needs in a ring and she delivered in a very short amount of time, as we told her we wanted it asap. I did NOT damage my ring. I work in an office environment. At a computer for 8 hours a day. Upon returning home, I place my ring in a jewlery box until AFTER my shower the next morning. SO unless you call a 30 minute drive to work the potential for damaging a ring, this statement made by them is completely false. I have nothing to gain by writing this. I've already had the ring rebuilt, at my own expense. I had this ring rebuilt by another jeweler closer to where I live, and they said the craftmanship was terrible. That was ... read more

Actually, we are referring here, and in our previous comment entitled "THE ABOVE REVIEW IS FALSE", to the "review" BELOW by Shari Watts. We didn't realize that "review" would be posted BELOW our initial comments until those comments were posted. This customer damaged her ring by breaking its prongs. That's why stones are loose. We tighten stones for free. There is a small charge to fix the prongs this customer damaged. She has a history of damaging the ring. We keep detailed records of every transaction so we can document the truth. The ring was returned ONCE to the manufacturer to be remade. The ring always contained pink diamonds. The customer NEVER complained about the craftsmanship until now (3 years after the purchase). The customer has a history of damaging her ring. IT TOOK LESS THAN 2 MONTHS for the customer to receive her ring. Her husband was the purchaser.
